Acceptance

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site. Requesting a paid brief by email constitutes a separate arrangement whose scope is confirmed in that correspondence. This website does not provide a click-wrap checkout.

Informational purpose

Pages describe Marvel NFT comic issue curation: bibliographic notes, cover comparisons, reading lists, and a local record-keeping utility. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell digital comics, tokens, or investment products.

Intellectual property

Site copy, original panel graphics, and the Panel Craft Base name are ours except where third-party marks are identified. MARVEL, character names, and related imagery are trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners and appear only for identification and review. You may not copy our notes into a commercial listing as if they were official publisher text.

Compatibility claims

References to Veve, desktop use, or Binance-compatible record fields describe optional compatibility or external navigation. They do not mean endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or joint operation. Panel Craft Base is not a product of Binance and is not affiliated with Binance Holdings Ltd. Panel Craft Base is not affiliated with or endorsed by Marvel Characters, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, LLC, or The Walt Disney Company.

Third-party services and external links

Links, including the “Get it from Veve” control that points to https://veve.me, leave this site. We do not control those destinations, their listings, or their accounts. Image files may load from public image hosts. Your use of those hosts is subject to their terms.

Liability

Notes are prepared from public listing titles, printed reference copies, and ordinary periodical indexes. We do not warrant completeness. To the extent permitted by Thai law, Panel Craft Base is not liable for collecting decisions, missed drops, or losses arising from third-party platforms. We do not hold funds or cryptocurrency.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have venue for disputes that cannot be resolved directly with the desk at contact@panel-craftbase.click or +66 2 555 4360.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after posting is acceptance of the revised text.
