Refund Policy

Panel Craft Base does not operate a checkout, shopping cart, or in-browser payment flow. This policy applies when a written Marvel NFT comic issue brief is agreed by email and later cancelled or disputed.

Before work starts

If you withdraw by email before we confirm that drafting has begun, no fee is due. We do not take deposits through this website.

After drafting begins

If we have started a key-issue note, variant sheet, drop list, run map, or briefing, we may invoice for time already spent, described in hours in the email thread. We do not refund work that has already been delivered as a finished note.

Unfinished delivery

If we miss an agreed delivery date by more than ten Bangkok business days and you have sent the issue titles we asked for, you may cancel the remainder and pay only for pages already sent.

What cannot be refunded because it was never sold here

This site does not sell Marvel NFT comics, Veve listings, tokens, or software installers. There is therefore no refund path for digital collectibles, marketplace fees, or third-party subscriptions. The Issue Ledger is described as a local utility; this website does not charge a download fee.

Email contact@panel-craftbase.click or call +66 2 555 4360 with the brief title and date of the email agreement. We reply in English. Governing law is Thailand, as in the Terms of Service.
