The Panel Craft Base Issue Ledger is a local data tracking utility for people who curate Marvel NFT comic issues. It stores your own issue codes, cover labels, and reading status on a desktop computer you control.
What the application is
Issue Ledger is the name we use for the Panel Craft Base desktop record file: issue number, title line, cover designation, drop date as you recorded it, and whether you have read the interior. It is analytical software in the narrow sense that it lets you sort and filter those records. It does not connect to a wallet, does not read private keys, and does not place orders.
This website does not deliver an installer. There is no .exe or .dmg here, and the button below does not start a download. It is ordinary navigation to Veve, where many Marvel NFT comic issues are listed for collectors who already use that site.

Independent website versus utility versus third parties
- The website (this site) publishes issue notes, rates, and legal pages for the Bangkok desk.
- The Issue Ledger is a local record-keeping utility described here; it is not a storefront.
- Veve is a separate platform. A link to Veve is not ownership, partnership, or official distribution.
- Marvel, Disney, and character names identify the comics under discussion. They do not make this desk an official Marvel product.
- Binance compatibility means you may optionally store a public ticker-style label next to a personal note if you already track listed collectible market data that way. It does not create exchange access.

Desktop availability here means the workflow is a keyboard-and-folder habit, not a mobile checkout. If you need help mapping fields to a drop list we wrote, email the desk or view issue notes.
